│ Eligibility
1. Applicants must hold
a. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or expected to complete a bachelor’s degree by February 2024
b. Teaching certificate or license (or an incumbent teacher with minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a government-approved/registed school)
2. Proof of English Proficiency(applicants for the English track)
a. Submit an offical English test score taken within the last 2 years, with a minimum score of: TOEFL (IBT 80, PBT 550, CBT 213), TOEIC 700,
TEPS 572 (New TEPS 309), TOEIC-Speaking 130, TEPS-Speaking 51, OPIC IM2, IELTS 5.5
b. The following applicants are exempt from this if:
- - You received a bachelor’s or higher degree in a country where English is the first official language.
- - You received a bachelor’s or higher degree in a country where English is not the official language, but all classes were taught in English.
- In this case, an official proof of English as the language of instruction must be submitted.
- - You have a minimum of 2 years of work experience where English is/was the main mode of communication. A letter with an institutional seal of proof
- should be submitted.

* Applicants who completed their education abroad are required to submit a document that is notarized by either Apostille standards or the Korean embassy/consulate.

* Applicants may be asked to submit additional documents in case that the documents they have previously submitted are deemed insufficient and require further scrutiny to confirm the validity.

* When making the payment for the application fee, the payment for transaction must have the university bank account with the application's name on the
transaction memo in the form of "IB.yourname" (ex. IB. DavidKim), and the receipt must be submitted along with the application documents.
2. Rules for the refund of application fee
- Any over payment is refundable.
- Application fee can be refunded only be refunded if there were unavoidable circumstances that prevented the applicant from continuing in the
application process. For a refund, however, the applicant must provide proof of such circumstances.
- Application fee can also be refunded to an applicant whose admission process is interrupted by a natural disaster or an error by the university.
- Under the Korean law, the admission fee after deducting all expenses incurred up until the interruption of the admission process will be
refunded. (The balance will be refunded within 60 days from the beginning of the first semester.)
- An applicant can choose one of two refund procedures: Visiting the university directly, or "Account transfer to applicant's bank account".
- When an applicant chooses account transfer for a refund, the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund balance, and applicants are not allowed
to get a refund if the transaction fee costs more than the balance of the refund.
│ Notes for Applicants
1. Information on application material must be precise and specific. Any false or misleading information in application material will result in the cancellation
of admission.
2. All documents must be written in Korean or English. Documents written in any other language must be notarized for submission.
3. Application material submitted for admission decisions will not be returned for any reason.
4. Once the admission decision is made, all admitted students must register during the registration period with registration payment.
Failure to register during the registration period will lead to the cancellation of admission.
5. Notices regarding admission, interview, and information for admitted students are posted on this website. Applicants are fully responsible for any
complications caused by failure to follow up the instructions posted on the website during admission process.
